Come train with us in our club which offers Kick-boxing, Muay Thai, MMA and Jiu Jutsu techniques. Reap the benefits of an excellent cardio workout with self-defense techniques using the legs, knees, elbows, boxing, sweeps and throws. Increase your aerobic capacity and improve strength, agility and speed while developing an impenetrable defense and a devastating offense in a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Jiu Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu is a revolutionary combat and martial system which helps a smaller weaker person defend against a bigger stronger opponent.

Boxing

Boxing is a sport that involves strategically punching an opponent while defending yourself from their return punches. 

MMA

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills from a mixture of other combat sports to be used in competition. The rules allow usage of both striking and grappling techniques while standing and on the ground.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai means the art of 8 limbs ( 2 hands, 2 legs, 2 elbows and 2 knees). A very dynamic and lethal combat art from Thailand Muay Thai is arguably the most effective striking martial art. At Crosstrain Coach Sid is Khan 14 level instructor which is one of the highest in India. Muay Thai is a fantastic full body workout

Wrestling also known as Kushti is a physical combat sport. This game demands not only sound physical fitness and technique but also an unbreakable confidence and character that define true sportsman spirit.

A full contact sport that combines the fist blows of boxing with various forms of kneeing or kicking with the feet.

A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.

Weight training is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. Weight training provides a stress to the muscles that causes them to adapt and get stronger, similar to the way aerobic conditioning strengthens your heart.
